Who we are

This site registers people for Byatarayanapura Inter-Apartment Sports Fest 2026, organised by Team KBG, and runs on the organisers' behalf.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, apartment and the sports you choose; the photos of ID and address proof you upload; and, if you sign in with Google, your Google e-mail address and name.

We get nothing else from Google: no contacts, no files, nothing from your account beyond that.

Why

To register you, check eligibility (age, apartment, constituency), allocate venues and contact you about your registration.

Your documents

ID numbers and the Aadhaar QR code are blacked out in your browser first, and checked again on our server. Only the organisers can open them, and every document is deleted after the event.

Who sees your details

Only the organisers, and the venue volunteers who need your name and mobile number to check people in.

What we never do

We do not use your details for campaigns or marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them outside the event.

How long

Your details are used only for this event.

Your choices

To correct or remove your registration, ask an organiser.
