Rules and Regulations

Registration & Verification

1. All registration details must be accurate and complete. Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in rejection or disqualification.
2. Registrations must be submitted before the announced deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Participants must submit valid age and address proof and carry the original documents for verification at the venue.
4. Registrations are confirmed only after successful document verification. Invalid documents must be resubmitted as instructed.
5. Sport-specific rules and schedules will be shared with registered participants.
6. All participants of a team must be residents of the same apartment complex.

Sports Selection & Scheduling

1. Participants are advised to register only for sports they can reasonably attend as per the published schedule.
2. Participants entering multiple sports are responsible for checking schedules and managing timing conflicts.
3. Organisers will not delay, hold, postpone, or reschedule matches due to scheduling conflicts.
4. Absence at the scheduled start time due to participation in another sport will result in a walkover for the opponent. No postponement or rescheduling will be allowed.
5. Organisers' decisions on scheduling and walkovers are final.

Sports Attire & Equipment

1. Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear.
2. Participants must bring their own equipment, such as bats and rackets, unless otherwise specified.
3. All venue-specific requirements must be followed.
4. Non marking shoes must be worn for tennis, badminton and squash.

Conduct & Sportsmanship

1. Participants must follow the organisers' instructions, sport-specific rules, and venue regulations.
2. Respect, fair play, and good sportsmanship are mandatory.
3. Cheating, abusive behaviour, intimidation, or misconduct may result in a warning, removal, or disqualification.

Overall Championship Scoring — Weighted Events

1. Applicable Events: Gymnastics, skating, and rock climbing will carry designated weightages towards the overall championship prize.
2. Calculation of Points: Points earned in these individual events will be adjusted according to the respective event weightages and added to the overall championship points.
3. Transparency: The organisers will announce all event weightages and the scoring methodology before the competition begins.

Disqualification & Entry

1. False information, fraudulent documents, failed eligibility checks, or rule violations may result in disqualification.
2. Organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove participants who fail verification, do not meet eligibility criteria, or engage in misconduct.

Privacy

1. Personal information and documents will be used only for registration, eligibility verification, and event administration.
2. Access to documents is restricted to authorised organisers. ID numbers will be masked before documents are viewed, wherever applicable.
3. Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect personal information. Documents will be deleted after the event, subject to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Acceptance of Rules

By submitting the registration form, participants confirm that their details are accurate and agree to abide by these rules and any additional sport-specific instructions issued by the organisers.
